Temporary for May: Riding in the Ways & Portal Stone chasing

We're testing this out in May due to player feedback, but you can now ride through the Ways. However, as in the books, riding through a waygate's surface is a bit of a jarring experience.

Portal Stones also updated so doing "TOUCH [COLUMN or any invalid code]" will result in you detecting a faint hum from the last symbols that were activated (ie, the last destination). This faint hum quickly fades away - ie, after a tic.
This should allow you to chase people who have portal stoned away if you happened to just miss them, by detecting where they went. Or at least the symbols they used to get there.
