Temporary change of the month January
These are all aimed at helping along exp, although some may impact pk as well.

Temporary changes of the month of February
The bountyhunter has returned. This month, he will be offering +2 qps for crossrace kills made in Andor, the Braem Wood and Murandy. Pretty much, for kills made in these areas, you get old scalp awards, 3 5 7.
There are a few exceptions:
See the bountyhunter and say "bounty" to get him to remind you which zones he awards for.
There are a few exceptions:
- Borderguards still don't get qps for Seanchan kills.
- Wisdoms, Gleemen and Illuminator do get full qps, despite 2 of those clans not normally getting pk qps and one of them getting reduced qps. Consider it a test.

Temporary changes of the month March.

South-west:
Seanchan: the Two Rivers folk keep mowing them down, but kaf is like a weed: it has returned at the narrow clearing.
Lightside: chokevines have grown around Black Heart.

Temporary changes of the month of April
North, South, LS, DS, SS:
A bountyhunter is rewarding clanned for certain kills made across the lands, like certain gamblers once used to. The bountyhunter has 5 lists with 4 targets each, and will rotate between the lists, having targets in a specific region every day.
Short explanation:
The bountyhunter has 5 different lists with 4 targets each. These targets are different than the ones in December.
Each list has 4 targets, each from the same region.
Every boot, the bountyhunter will randomly pick a region that will have that day's targets.
The bountyhunter has the checking mobol to ensure you can only do the quest once.
To get the targets, say "issue quest".
Note that one of the targets is considered a LS "inno" or innocent mob, the bountyhunter will point out which so there can't be any confusion. Seanchan and Darkside are obviously free to hit these, as are those on LS who are willing to deal with the consequences.
A total of 30 qps can be earned by law abiding LS.
A total of 40 qps can potentially be earned by Seanchan, Darkside and LS "inno hitting" types.
There are bountyhunters in Falme, Emond's Field, Caemlyn, Fal Dara and Ruined Keep. Each will be offering the same targets as the others during that boot.
