hi, was giving niv normal qps but she said she didnt get it. Is this delayed or bugged?

* HP:Scratched SP:Bursting MV:Strong > tell silver regarding niv award 2 qps for calm in battle and quiz
You tell a silver-haired Aes Sedai 'regarding niv award 2 qps for calm in battle and quiz'
AjahQps - say Award NBR aqps to NAME for TASK DESCRIPTION
NormalQps - tell silver Regarding NAME award NBR qps for REASON.
