I did find the "Anor" instead of "Yasmin" reference and fixed those, but unless Yasmin was there, Niall can never give the item to them. The holding out is just an emote, after that he gives it to the person, if present. That part should work fine, unless you put the "yasmin" in the wrong place in your trigger phrase, which I don't think is the case.

No idea why the rank 6 process would begin, there's an exit in the mobol. Can't do much beyond that.

As for the double firing I'm not sure either.
