Was this an unscheduled or non-standard boot time? I feel like it's not completely tied to boot, but it does happen at 9PM PST typical boot time.

For the record, it wasn't removed.

This was in Fal Dara, normal boot time.

Must've been a fluke. I know what can cause it, but no way to prevent it. And it's likely rare.
