Shia and I were fighting a wanted channeler who eventually ran into Roland's. This is in the first set of doors at the entrance.
Obviously this was a very clever way to confuse us and try to kill us, and can be avoided with 'open secret east', 'open dirtwall south' etc.
Still seemed a little buggy for it to be used like this though.

The End of the Trail
The forest breaks to the north up a large hill with a rocky top. To the east
is a lonely looking stable in the middle of the woods. There are tracks
that show people have been here recently but no one is in sight. A trail
leads away through the forest to the south.

I don't think it is a bug, necessarily, and if it were it would still be coding. The same issue happens with any number of objects that have the same keywords as doors. As you said, "open secret e".
