No full stop on broker mob.

In a Quaint Nook
The stalls in this area of the Market Hall are devoid of flashy and shiny
items, but plain and unadorned items have been placed on coarse burlap
cloth. Some of the items are tools such as spades and rakes, while others
are raw materials. Some of the stalls sell jars and bottles of oils to take
care of the items on sale in this nook.
[ obvious exits: E ]
A sturdy fell pony stands here, multi-colored tubes protruding from its saddlebags.
A stout man stands guard here.
A broker stands here, selling raw materials

all e of Falme gate:
Falme Road
Rugged hills with sparse vegetation surround you in all directions. Some
of the hollows are filled with brush and small trees, most of the hilltops are
bare. Yet the air smells of the sea, and gulls are a regular sight overhead.
The road contines east and west from here.
[ obvious exits: N W ]
I think the "east and west" is erroneous also as the exits are N and W.

Not sure if this is a 'typo' necessarily but, the message for successfully completing a flame strike is:
"Streaks of fire flow from your hands, burning" etc.
whereas when you kill something, it is
"Streaks of Fire burn through" etc.
First one has an un-capitalized 'fire' and the second one has a capitalized 'Fire.' Just thought I'd mention it as my OCD noticed the inconsistency :D

Tear herald has a double punctuation!
The herald of Tear says 'It is vital that our trade routes are safe!.'

Punctuation is not quite right here:

You begin mending a single-edged broadsword. << There should be ellipses ... here.
You see the edges of a single-edged broadsword sharpen further...
*
You see the edges of a single-edged broadsword sharpen further...
You begin finishing off the edges of a single-edged broadsword...
*
You begin finishing off the edges of a single-edged broadsword...
=
*
You finish mending a single-edged broadsword... << This should be a single period.

In the White Tower, south of the Novice and Accepted Quarters - F missing from flowers in the second-to-last line.

By the Rooftop Edge
Slender cuts of pale, smooth stone create a waist-high railing that
provides an expansive view of the lands surrounding the White Tower.
Nearby, a square patch of garden, with a flagstone path around its
perimeter, has nurtured a diverse family of densely planted lowers and
small neatly-trimmed hedges.

In Blighted Orchard - first line - should be succeeded.

A Hidden Glade
Peace and harmony has succeded in fighting off the evil in this little part
of the forest. In the middle of all the dead trees, some green ones still
stand. They look unaffected by all the death around them. The small glade
has green, fresh grass growing on the ground and a small waterhole gives
water to those animals who have found their way here.

A small stream trickles up from between the cracks.
A gray palfrey prances skittishly nearby, being ridden by you.

In New Blight - second line - should be traveller.

Before a Mountain's Shadow
Rocks jut out from a faint trail through the mountains, threatening the
unwary traveler with a broken ankle or perhaps worse. The bloated sun beats
down on the arid ground, while to the north the mountain casts a thick,
dark shadow on the ground. Flies flit to and fro throughout the air, making
their way to some festering item that can be smelled nearby.
[ obvious exits: N E S ]
A muddy pond is here, dark waters broken by an occasional bubble.
A gray palfrey prances skittishly nearby, being ridden by you.
Warped, menacing trees shiver, boughs slowly enclosing around you.
