Looks like the Brigands have double populated. Not sure if it should be like that or not.

Bottom of a Dusty Trail
Dust-choked wind arrives from the south where a steep rocky trail rises out
of sight to the low mountainous terrain above. Small tufts of grass grow at
the trails edge, becoming far more prevalent to the north, where the ground
levels and the plains begin their slow blanketing of the earth. To the
west, the hills continue around a cliff wall.
