FIXED: Ocean Ships unable to disembark in Tanchico

Tried it on two different ships just to be sure...

The ship sails east to the docks of Tanchico.

Amidships the Golden Bee
Nestled between two enormous masts, this deck is cramped. Two small boats
have been stacked on the deck, their oars fastened tightly. A pair of
stairs leads to the stern deck and a hole in the deck leads to the areas
below. A simple door leads to the lavish officers' cabins that are situated
under the stern deck, the captain's cabin overlooking the seas through pane
windows. A forecastle has been constructed around the front mast, with
steps leading across it.

The ship's main mast looms overhead, towering above the deck a great many
spans. Protruding from both sides of the masts are booms with great square
sails hanging from them. The mainstay, an enormously thick cable, leads
from the side of the vessel to the top of the main mast. A large hatch
covered by a tarpaulin occupies the deck.

Fixed. Note that the docks were connected to east Tanchico, so now the Verana peninsula's tip is named Calpene. I didn't change anything at this point, as the room desc also needs adjusting.
