Mobs not assisting

I don't have a log of this, but I wanted to report that yesterday when I was doing a mini smob chain in the south, the mobs with the vengeful widower and Culyn Sumner did not assist the widower or Culyn Sumner.

This was yesterday evening, 9/4 around 22:30 server time.
