camouflaged hood - 3db 3.5pb
fine line riding hood - 2db 4.5pb

Are not they supposed to be the same?

I haven't looked at this in awhile, but there used to be some other small differences. For example - emerald rings were 2db, but garnet rings which were exchangeable were 1 db/ 1pb.
