Jehannah CTF Fort - Seanchan mobs loading naked

These are the mobs that spawn when you kill the queen. It seems as though other mobs throughout the city do have equipment.

Also after we take the city, legion pats are still there. Not sure if this was intended or not.

This happens when LS takes the city as well, and the mobs do not aggro each other, only assist.

Yeah, it's the players' prerogative to kill those mobs, or not.

As of tonight, our mobs are still loading naked. I'm assuming since Legion mobs are fully equipped that this isn't intended? We thought it was maybe because we were scalping while in combat so they'd load and immediately engage and perhaps not load their kits, but tonight we waited until we killed everything before scalp, but they still loaded completely naked.

Tried something else. Is it just the final smob, or others as well?
