FIXED: Dougan and broker - bystander got offended

Any attack in broker room seems to set him off. Honestly aside from any mob that carries rares (city heads), do regular mobs need to narrate?

Recommend have broker:
1. Key off direct attacks on his person.
2. Narrate if he actually drops below wounded or something. Preferably just bellow. New people may be rolling around attacking mobs for kicks and giggles.
