Hey, seems like other retools work okay but for some reason when you hand her a silver etched shield to be retooled nothing happens and you lose your shield (drop all doesn't work either). Happened to me about a week ago, sorry no log but there wasn't much to log really - she just does nothing when you give her a shield.

The 'retool etched' command works just fine with the one in Caemlyn.

There's a typo in her name as well, it's 'sepmstress' instead of 'seamstress.'

Think maybe you're looking at a different mob. The seamstress should be in Erol's Fine Tailoring on the north side of town. The sempstress is on the south side and handles ajah cape retools.

Ah right you are. Was confused because the Sempstress is marked as Seamstress on my map for some reason and she was retooling other stuff for me.
