Is this intended? I can't help but think that the crazy PB is an oversight in some way.

but it has significantly less OB to maybe counter the higher PB? dunno just my 2 cents!

It has more pb than lamans folly which is a few crumpets short of a tea party imo. And fcs don't use staves for the ob again... Make it a rare or something instead of having 175+ pb on a non master snicker.

I'm fine with this staff existing, but its load should be removed so its a rare. And maybe its stats should be swapped with Lamans folly? Never used the folly so don't know

Yeah, it could literally have 5 OB and I'd still use it and I'd still feel guilty every time I looked at my defense :p If you are meleeing as a channeler, you're doing something wrong.

EDIT: To clarify, I didn't mean this as a way to debate the merits of the stats; it just doesn't seem like it was intended. Afaik, the load suddenly started on Pravus a couple months ago w/o any announcement or quest or anything and its apparently now a 100% load.

It's a quest item. I'll see about changing the stats.

Well you could just make it a rare and make it only load on certain chains ect...
