A few dark-needled pine trees are spaced throughout this small valley,
though many of them are ominously brown. To the south a stunning sight is
visible. A golden spire rises, looming above the hills, partly buried in
the rock that forms its base. Seventy paces tall, the spire leans
precariously instead of standing straight. The spire gleams, gold laced
and impossibly delicate, an engineering marvel from an earlier Age.

No, Elysia said that all the doors remained the same as how it was previously, and before there was no search required. This particular door also requires mobol to recognize when you've dropped the sheet with a strange mark, and that didn't trigger, so I think it's just broken.

Just checked again today and it's still not working.

I've just opened that door multiple times to hit Mahiro.

This is still broken.

The door being able to be opened by search (Weir confirmed) also completely negates one step of the quest (the smuggler chief who loads the sheet with the strange mark).

Can you confirm if this is the intended result? This door in Kandor before was not openable by search, only with the sheet. If it's intended to be this way now, why load the smuggler chief near cut/fd rd at all?

For some reason not everything in the outside room saved. It requires the same amount of search as before and the sheet.
