Not sure what he's supposed to give for a dark cloak, worked with the flame of Tar Valon but I didn't get anything. If its qps, definitely didn't get any. If anything else, certainly didn't get that either.

But that is not what you gave him. The above is the dreadlord coat bearing the full flame and fang, not just a flame cloak.

Well, he did respond to it so I guess I was confused about what was what. Ah well.

If you have claneq from a traditional clan you can give a weary merchant 75 crowns and then when they nod at you give them the gear. Neslo will generally get rid of anything he is given, but will not respond to everything he is given.

The general use for Neslo is around dark gear or shady items. Angreals, gleaming weapons, fade/dreadlord equipment.

You can give trolloc badges to the artifact collector for xp.

Other clan gear can be turned in for either 75/150 gold or turned in to the weary merchant for at a conversion rate of 75 gold for 1 qp.
