FIXED: Southern CTF fort bugged for Illian Companions

when I scalped it as an illian companion it awarded quest points, but did not spawn any more mobs of any side, nor did it spawn any mobs the next zone pop and it has remained completely empty over a reboot and a crash.

also a side note not related to this bug but amador herald ending in darkfriend ogier does not work, maradon ending in siffas does not work, and one of the tear heralds requires an ant queen scalp which does not exist anymore
