I have not been able to figure out why sometimes when I rent or quit out, the mob disappears and I lose qps, and sometimes it just stops following me and is still there. Also sometimes when it dies I lose qps and sometimes I don't. Any help understanding this appreciated!
Notice I how start with 271 qps, then log back in with 270 qps. It also has the message:

Sometimes I get this message and he disappears and sometimes I don't and he's still there.

I don't have any logs, but I also seem to lose 2qp whenever I rent on Rhys after having issued a master mob, regardless of whether the mob is present when I rent. Always forgot to say something about it

A reminder on mastermobs:
If you are rank 8 there are 3 ways you can lose qps related to your rank 8 mob.
You lead it out of the zone that it spawned in, then ungroup it, and while you're offline it gets killed. (1qp loss)
You lead it outside of the zone that it spawned in, and while it is grouped, you rent somewhere else. (2qp loss)
You lead it outside of the zone that it spawned in, and someone kills it while you're online. (2qp loss)
If you order an issuable mob (at rank 7 or above) to follow you after it's lead is broken, and then you rent without returning that mob to the zone where it spawned, you will lose 2 qps.
We will not reimburse these quest points.

Mastermob is interchangeable with telling a mob to follow you versus issuing a mob and it following you on its own.

Bring the mastermob to the barracks and say 'return to base' before renting. Has not failed me yet, other ways I've lost qps left and right.
