EXPLAINED: Not getting credit for ajah tasks

I turned in the item for the last Brown Ajah task ~2 reboots ago, and got the "you have completed 5/5 brown ajah tasks" message, but when talking to Pevara to start up the Red Ajah tasks, she first tells me:

Pevara Sedai says 'I will only give you a mission once you have proven yourself by completing all Brown Ajah missions.'

And then when I ask again, she says:

Pevara Sedai says 'Not now child, I am working.'

While doing these quests I've had a few instances (starting with the Green quests, but also multiple times with the Brown tasks) where I needed to turn items in multiple times for it to 'take', and the only thing that seems to allow me to move on has been to wait for a reboot, which ~usually~ lets me move on to the next stage.

For these cases, I'd turn the item in, and try to get the next quest by asking for 'new reports', which would cause the Aes Sedai to tell me 'Not now child, I am working.' In most cases, waiting until after reboot would clear this up.

In this case, after waiting ~2 reboots, it has not seemed to have resolved itself yet.

This would suggest you are approaching the mob with the wrong phrase. If you say the right phrase and get this:

Come see me when you are done with the Brown Ajah.

then something would be off, but it just worked for my tester.

Okay, I think the right phrase allows me to move on now.

It seems to be firing twice, though (not sure if you have some sort of debug mode on)
