ANSWERED: Horse rename mobol broken?

Horse re-name mobol seems to have broken for some reason.
Usually, 2-3 seconds after the horse gets taken away, the named horse arrives and starts following me.

This time, the horse was taken away.....but the second part never happened.

Your horse, name and all, was hanging out at the invisible shop in the sky that names horses. Not sure why. It worked a few times I tried it, even in that stable, so without anything to go on I haven't the foggiest where to look for the issue.
