Gholem Warden Text

When the Gholem Warden asks for a crimson skull, he explains it is no locate and then gives you back some gold disc and says this also is no locate. I ran around for hours thinking I was no locate only to be told that this was changed in like 2021. Can the text please be updated so new people like me don't die for trusting the mob? Thanks!
