A ship makes its way towards the docks. It's the River Lady.

* HP:Healthy SP:Bursting MV:Fresh > embark river lady
Ok.

* HP:Healthy SP:Bursting MV:Fresh >
That ship is not here.

If the auto-ship in question is not occupied, it will hoist a flag to call in ships and reset the location of the auto-ship so it will arrive after the next tick.

It says the ship is flagged down, then after a tick you will see the message that the XXX ship has arrived, just like normal.

I actually waited awhile and left and came back with there still being no boat.
