FIXED: Shady Merchant

I assume this is bugged, otherwise this guy should be hung by the guards.

He says he will trade me a tinful if I give him a vial or str tea, but I'll likely end up with the tea (???)

Giving him a tinful results in him giving it back, though based on his final statement I think I'm supposed to get the vial or str tea.

EXPLANATION: Put the wrong number in for a vial. Every tinful he gave back would have been a vial, but he was just loading the tinful and returning it.

Just gave 10 tinfuls and received 8 str teas and 2 vials. It's a 1/3 chance that he gives you a vial and a 2/3 that he gives you a strength tea.
