NOT A BUG: horse bashing

ok so probabbly not a bug but where to post it this is another thing we have put up with/done to each other for years we have all been on the receiving end of it and know how bad it is
using k horse ? not a problem
using kick to get around the rescue and so you dont kill the horse is abuse
it obviously needs fixing or even just a rule making that its not ok
