Are you trying to do it multiple times? It only works one time per bounty on a character.

Well, that would explain half of them -- the location and seanchan ones have never once worked though.

If it is a one-time per char thing, that's a shame and it would be helpful if that was noted on his sign (though it makes perfect sense for the clanning and ranking rewards). I quite liked the amusing retooled blanket and other rewards that he gives for the severed head turn in.

Is it intended for this to have old qps rewards of 5, 7 for scalps, heads instead of the current 5, 10? I turned in a head and was awarded 7qps instead of 10 so jw.

The scalp awards are at 10 but I don't believe this mob will be sped up anytime soon because of how much it is checking for. It would need a re-write to work differently.
