Valan Luca - stuck at Cair?

Valan hasn't spawned anywhere else other than Cairhien for days, still at the coachstop;
Coach Stop Outside the Southern Wall of Cairhien
The road outside Cairhien is hard-packed dirt and well-rutted by the wagons
of merchants and travellers. A short distance to the west stands the city's
southern gate. The road continues east along the southern wall.

There are some tracks of a horse leaving down.
There are some tracks of a human leaving "--"DOWN"--"
Eyes keen, a Domani razor stands here swishing its tail, being ridden by you.
A bearded coachman stands here, waiting for passengers.
