Domani Boat travels home too fast

This is the Bandar Eban perk boat, the one that lets you sail to any port just like a coach. It only let off the first person at the destination and left me back in Bandar Eban when i tried to disembark right after.

An Atha'an Miere Raker
This new, sturdy, boat is well maintained. The rigging is bound tightly and
not a single knot is out of place. The deck is clean and orderly. The raker
itself is streamlined and built for speed. Under the command of their
sailmistress, the Seafolk work with an intentional, diligent haste. A metal
plaque with elegant scrollwork is mounted near the aft of the deck.

End of the Docks
The dock has been freshly repaired by ogier craftsmen with polished <------- lets me off in bandar eban
sungwood. Once, badly damaged and almost in a state of disrepair, the end
of the dock stands proudly in the Aryth ocean, buffeted by the waves. Even
without the strength of the stone foundation beneath, the polished sungwood
is sound. The docks continue to the south, filled with workers.

This is my doing, so I'll take a look. It is intended to be fast, but I'll make sure it's working at the intended haste. The disembarking wrong place thing is an issue. I might need to do a re-write of the mobol - thankfully, I'm much better at that now than when I was when I made this :-/

The mobol here is pretty complicated. I can't obviously see what the issue is beyond occasionally, it just messes up. I'd be keen to know if the transport bug is reproducible.
