FIXED: mobs wielding projectiles

Was advised this may be a bug and that I should report, many mobs will wield a weapon that you throw at them, such as two headed serpents, worm smob outside stronghold, and horse thief smob the first time it's hit every day (first load each day never has any weapon, sleeves, cape, or any load on any thing that is % based). sometimes this makes them more dangerous such as when you throw a throwing spike at the minons in worms, or with basically anything if you are in dodge and throw a very high ob weapon, sometimes its a way to fix a bug such as when horse thief hits way harder without a weapon than he would if he had a heron, and sometimes its easier if you throw a shiny copper dagger at something that will wield it.
I think i was previously told that serpents was a coding issue that coudlnt be changed and not sure what i should do on a couple of my characters where I am full dodge and projectiles only and if i throw an axe/spike then serpents become more dangerous for me and i can no longer kill them but if i throw my dagger than its easier than it should be, am I still abusing a loophole in that situation?
