Having rank 3 RPQPS i decided to go test out the retooling of food. The Food stained cook being in the queens blessing being within the area im currently permitted to run about in i went there.

A basic kitchen. A few stoves are in constant use, and cooking utensils lie
strewn about. You can hear the sounds of merriment from the common room,
and the cooking staff is generally running madly about to keep up with the
incoming orders. A sign hangs next to the oven.

Been trying for a bit now, he seems very uninterested in doing this, so I am wondering if its possible he is not one of the ones that could be used?

He accepts the food items now but still does not retool, so perhaps its just me as Im unclanned?
