Ghar clan rent is like that too, humans can "say open/exit" from the inside and the trolloc mob inside will understand them and open the door.

Every clan door is like this. (If one isn’t, that’s a bug.) It’s so that people can’t end up permanently trapped inside and forced to idle rent out. Someone chasing you in can go both ways - usually ends up with the chaser dead - but entering the door mid-pk is a calculated risk you take.
