Can you share some more details about where this item came from and what it's used for? A bit hard for me to track down otherwise. It appears to just be a retool.

Yes, I found it in a chest in the Spine. I don't remember the exact room but I will try to find it again for you.

I couldn't get it out of the chest at first, I had to 'get all chest'.

This is inside a noride room with a door named stonedoor in the zone north of the zone west of stedding in spine (Shangtai or something)
