Most clans these days have a council and master status is not interchangeable. But not sure if that’s relevant to you guys. Maybe try saying instructions please help (or derivative of) and check you have the syntax right as well? If none of that works, shoot me a mail and I’ll see if I can fix it.

Syntax looks right. QG doesn't have a council, I think r5+ should be able to rank people.
You may have to be polite and use Halwin's name in the mobol, can't remember. That's how I have it posted in our forums though at least.

Yeah you have to say “halwin please raise xx up a rank”
