Yes, I fixed just the one that was reported. Like Elysia, I have no record of all the dynamic mobs and didn't spend time trying to find and then audit them all. It'd take too long when the time could be spent fixing other things.

It's fine to just continue to report them individually if you run into a bug where this happens, unless like Ely said, someone wants to track them all down.

forgetful traveler (doesn't need change since he sends you on second quest to kill bandit that you loot for reward)

woman drops pouch
scout gives you the sack
herbalist drops the sack

westwoods by the mountains

farmwife gives you the pouch --- also puts the quest item in the pouch and gives it back to you
cooks apprentice i cant remember and it has not popped up yet
young Shepheard drops a sack randomly in the zone (this one is a lot of work far more then any other dynamic find the first mob then the second then the sack all 3 can be in any room its a lot of leg work in a zone thats not easy on mvs #end rant/sorry)

refugee gives you a container
plainsman gives you the pouch (this one is a zone north of where you get the quest only one i have found thats like that so its confusing for people)

if you want room names and the full mob names ect let me know

I've updated all the dynamic quests outlined above, so they will drop the item if they aren't able to give it. I've also made a few quality of life improvements where you might have a hard time seeing which dynamic quest was active if you were not the first to trigger it.
