It did not repop as part of the reboot (maybe normal with the new design? I'm not sure). It was Tower before boot.

I guess maybe it is part of the change, I saw at least one other that didn't appear with reboot.

Not intended. I'll have to look at this later.

In particular it was west of TV and the Braem patrol. I think I looked after about 2 hours past boot and one of them had not popped yet, while others were alive.
