This happened earlier and the scalp I had I gave to Paladyr but he didn't feel he could meddle in your code and awarded me the relevant qps; (QPs awarded)
2 more on me currently that can't be handed in to clerk. (QPs not awarded)
3 others were not in bonus zones and could be handed in normally. (QPs awarded)

I figured this one was blatant enough to create a new thread to capture anyone who has issues;
