Wheel of Time MUD

Hello!

I am not sure if this is a bug or not, but according to wiki stat results below 70 are supposed to be rerolled when statting. Today I ended up with the following:

You are carrying 17.7 lbs and wearing 28.1 lbs, light.
Your base abilities are: Str:12 Int:16 Wil:14 Dex:14 Con:13. (Sum of 69)
Offensive bonus: 11, Dodging bonus: 7, Parrying bonus: 5, Total defense: 12
Your mood is: Brave. You will flee below: 7 Hit Points
Your armor absorbs about 22% on average.

I believe the wiki is wrong there. Stat sums below 70 are definitely possible.
