Not related to the bug, but Dory looks good in that decadent white leather dress.

This has been fixed. The half-cape will be given properly and no longer accidentally sometimes give the decadent dress if the tailor has both in stock, and the decadent dress will show up properly in the list of items for sale when it is available (it costs 100 crowns).
