Blue Accepted Quest Bug

After finishing one part of the quest, Moiraine Sedai told me that there was a new girl that needed to be taken to the tower, she then walked out of the room and did not finish the storyline, so the new potential initiate was not following me nor could i persuade her to follow me in anyway. when I talked to moiraine again she sent me on the old quest again.
