FIXED: A chain scythe - chain class

Looked at my chain scythe and noticed it was still classified as a chain, and not a flail. Oversight or intentional?

Also not a bug but why is this now 2h only? Used to be 1.5

a chain scythe type flag set to: flail.

Pretty sure a lot of 1.5 handers were removed due to the 2h damage bonus on them.
