There was a change to the amount of gold that Herbalists had to pay for items. In the past the Herbalist would only buy Huge Nuggets, and now they buy both Huge Nuggets and Nuggets. The problem is that they are only paying Huge Nugget pricing of 4 Gold Crowns 3 Coppers for both types of nuggets.

The second example below shows that shopkeepers that use to pay 25 gold crowns now only pay 3 gold crowns.

I am hoping that this is an oversight and not a drastic reduction in the pricing of Nuggets.

Yes.

Doesn't really make sense for something on the ground to be worth 25+ crowns then? Just an observation.

Yea, except it's been that way for 10 plus years. Also there is a difference between the Huge Nugget and Nugget. The other thing is that they are in very limited places and while they are just lying on the ground there is an element of risk in gathering them. Unlike the majority of herbs which are all over the place.

Point being, there was a change made today to herb shops and I am wondering if this was an intentional or unintentional change from that.

That was intentional. We can't make herbalists only buy herbs, which has been happily abused in the past by people selling overpriced objects. This was one of them, and there is another I found the other day too, but I forget what it was.

Just like various books and livery have been adjusted downwards to prevent people from clearing these shops' cash out in one trip, these were overpriced too for the frequency with which they load.

That is unfortunate as this was basically the only way for a single player level 30 or under at acquire meaningful amounts of money. I hope this position will be reconsidered. IN the past the limit was that there was a limit on how much gold a broker had. While I understand the needs for increasing their gold you could have limited gold nuggets to selected shopkeepers only and limit their gold.

There are plenty of ways solo level <30 can get money.

I would disagree, especially in any meaningful amount. However this is not the forum for this discussion, I am sure. I would just restate that I hope this will be reconsidered in the future.
