Bug fix: strong trolloc.

Earlier today, someone pointed out to me that the strong trolloc's cow projectiles never did damage. I have since fixed that.

Seems to hit for 16ish hps (abs). Is that intended?

It has a range of damage and that falls within the perimeters.
