I've got the full log if for some reason its needed, but the door to Murgoz wouldn't open with the combination that it has been for the last however long. We ended up trying all 16 possible combinations, none opened the door, though thankfully Vehruer was around to get it for us instead

Nope, chain as usual. Fang flame flame fang (which is what it has been for years) was not correct.
