A Scented Shop
Shelves line the wall, carrying jars and pottery which have all been neatly
labelled in a tidy hand. Judging from the peculiar, musty smell that
lingers in the air, these containers hold herbs and other scented products.
To the north lies a bustling boulevard and many a face can be seen peeking
curiously through the shop's window.

Also when I try to sell him some herbs he responds;

Many herbalists don't buy herbs if I remember correctly; they only sell them. I believe the ones in Caemlyn and Tar Valon are the same way, spare a few items such as the blue pouch of flatworth tea and refresh vials.
