A dark skinned man stands before you. Although a young Lancer, he has a
hard face with a triangular white scar set upon his dark cheek. A topknot
of dark hair tops his shaved head. The scar makes him seem glimmer than he
may be as he tends to carry an easygoing grin from time to time. Yet not
even a grin can diminish the purpose and duty seen on his face.

Ragan is in excellent condition.

The Courtyard
The view here is amazing. To the east and slightly south east lie the twin
keeps which tower above everything. From here the vastness of the destuction
of the entire castle can be seen in its entirety. The roofs of both keeps
have collapsed in on themselves totally destroying the upper levels of both
keeps. Also most of the walls that used to provide excellent protection
against attack have nearly crumbled to nothing. A putrid smell of decay can
be sensed coming from the west, and a well lies to the south. The courtyard
extends in all directions from here.

Just north of bandit valley:

Approaching a Bend
This long sretch of raod winds it's way amongst the hills, appearing and
then dipping below your view again and again. The plant life here seems to
grow to one side, as if the wind has pushed everything. Below you, the
hills dip down into a small depression, and a small field of wildflowers is
off to the west.

A Sandy Clearing
Barren dry ground is all around you. To your east you see a road, which appears
to be well used. To your north patches of grass grow scattered all around. It
appears that few people have set foot here before.

Small thing, but FD road is actually to the west of this room.

North of the Palisade
The thick forest wall has been painstakenly cleared from the first few dozen
feet in front of the log palisade that lies to the south, but the tenacious
forest is already beginning to reclaim the land as it sends forth saplings and
sprouts to assualt the barren ground. The further west the well-travelled path
stretches around the corner of the palisade and heads south.

A large bat tickles your right foot with its hit.
You try to lance a moumori, but she dodges the attack.
A moumori tickles your head with her hit.
The moumori is a large scaly bird with a sharp thin beak. A little larger
than a man, it looks like an odd cross between a bird and a bat. Beedy
little golden eyes seem to gleam with intelligence. It's hide is covered
thin brown scales, with tufts of feathery hair poking from between them.

The Royal Mews
The horses residing in these stables appear well cared for as they drowse
in their stalls. A thick bed of straw covers the ground in the stalls, and
each horse has some hay to chew on. Tack lies at the ready on a boom near
each stall, allowing a patrol to mount up and ride quickly. Wide open doors
to the north allow a view of the palace lawn and driveway. Towards the
back, a number of carriages and sedan chaisr have been parked.

1d of the Massive Tree

In the Waterwood
The Waterwood streches in each direction as far as the eye can see. The trees
are of very large girth, and a particularly massive one stands nearby. Birds
flit from tree to tree far overhead, and their cries come down perodically to
the forest floor. The roots of the trees stand high above the ground; perhaps
it is possible to climb onto them and then into the treetops above.

In the Al'Donal Home
This home is characteristic of Two Rivers homes; it is furnished pratically
rather than lavishly. The people live by hard work and thrift, and their homes
reflect that fact. The home is very welcoming though, making up through charm
and ambience what it lacks in creature comforts. A door opens in the east wall.

1s of Al'Donal Home (shouldn't it be al'Donal?)

End of the Path
This Yard stands before the al'Donal home. The Al'Donels are another of the
many farming families that live in Two Rivers. A path begins here and heads
south through the Waterwood, first crossing the Water on stones set across the
shallow run. The path must lead eventually to Emond's Field; there is nowhere
else in Two Rivers that it could lead.

1e of Al'Donal Home
Al'Donel Pasture
This expansive pasture is home to the Al'Donel cattle. The only exit is to the
west back into the house. The Taren river flows by to the northeast, but the
way is blocked by a fence which saves cattle from their own folly.

2n1w Rae Home
Pigpen
Mud is everywhere-- on the ground, on the slat-boards which fence the pen,
and now on your feet. This is obviously a pigpen, and pigslop lies in a
trough and also on the ground.
