FIXED: Jewelry and Accessory Brokers are identical, no shields

The shield broker seems to have been given an inventory list from the stall across the hall, so there's no where to buy shields.

A Shield Clad Stairwell
Shields have been hung from the railing of the stairs that climb overhead
of a large stall that has been placed in a corner. A wide variety of belts
are on display on the table and cloaks, robes, mantles, capes and gowns
have been hung all over the back wall of the stall. A collection of wood
stands nearby, ready to be built and turned into a stall, but it would
appear the vendor has either already left, or never came in today.

Hidden away in a corner between two broad wooden stairways that lead
towards the upper level of the Market Hall, this area is relatively quiet.
A few customers visit a baker's stall nearby and a few clusters of people
stand together talking away from the din of the busier areas in the hall.

Under the Stairs
Hidden away under a broad stairway is a small nook where a few small stands
have been placed. The items on one of the stands flicker and glimmer in the
light, drawing a crowd who quietly point and admire the valuables. One
stand sells neatly labeled jars of honey and jam in all sorts of flavors.
