Karysa the Trader

Post by Zudai » Thu Oct 01, 2015 6:41 pm

Found the mob in 2 different places, within the same zone. Unless they're twins..

The Tar Valon to Cairhien Road
The road curves from north to east to skirt some of the heavier forest. The
dirt is deeply rutted from continuous travel. Small yellow and orange
flowers grow along the roadway in a splash of color.

Matching room found! Correcting map position.

North: A green woodpecker is here flying around.
|1|.A draft horse is here, being ridden by you.
A robin is visible flying high in the sky.
A cute fudgy wudgy hedgehog is here, sniffling its nose.
Karysa the Trader wanders here, fine clothes covered with road dust.

* R HP:Healthy MV:Fresh > l karysa
A thin, medium height woman roams the land. Her face is highlighted by bony
cheeks and tanned skin. She is dressed in fine clothes, spun from soft
silk, though coated with a layer of dust. She stares intently at
everything.

Karysa the itinerant trader is in excellent condition.

Karysa the itinerant trader is using:
<worn on body> a black dress

Before a Short Bridge
The hard-packed rutted road ends abruptly at a stone bridge to the east
that spans a rushing river. To the west the road continues through the
trees, defiantly making its way among oaks that are trying to reclaim all
the land.
[ obvious exits: N E W ]
East: A crow is here flying around.
West: |1|.A draft horse is here.

e
* HP:Healthy MV:Full > On the Stone Bridge
A bridge made of river-rock and quarried stone allows safe crossing over a
rushing river. The churning, frothing waters far below the bridge look
ice-cold and unsafe. The road continues to the east and west where the
bridge ends.
[ obvious exits: E W ]
East: A fox is here, hunting for rabbits.
A crow is here flying around.
A cute fudgy wudgy hedgehog is here, sniffling its nose.

* HP:Healthy MV:Full > The Cairhien to Tar Valon Road
The roar of the rapidly moving river assails the ears just as the bridge
comes into view. The road stops short just before the bridge of stone. The
rushing waters flow beneath in a turmoil of splashing and splattering.
Dried grass and pebbles edge the rutted road as it travels on relentlessly.
[ obvious exits: N E S W ]
East: An elk with massive antlers eyes you with curiosity.
West: A crow is here flying around.
A fox is here, hunting for rabbits.

* HP:Healthy MV:Full > The Cairhien to Tar Valon Road
The road makes a wide turn at the base of a hill and continues on. Dried
leeves and other debris litter the edge of the road in the lea of the hill,
hiding the burrows that are plentiful. Elsewhere the grass grows green and
the trees are tall and sturdy, their branches reaching wide.
[ obvious exits: E S W ]
South: A young and strong buck is here, munching some grass.
West: A fox is here, hunting for rabbits.
An elk with massive antlers eyes you with curiosity.
A handsome stag stands here, ready to run.

Edge of the Busy Road
Just off the road to the west the grass grows green and tall in contrast to
the dark smudge that is the Spine of the World far to the east. Three slim
birch trees arise from a single spot, their trunks gleaming white and their
leaves pale yellow-green. Broadleaf plants with thick yellow veins grow in
the shade provided by the birch.

* HP:Healthy MV:Full > Through the Countryside
The horizon is dotted with the well-tended fields of the countryside.
Shocks of newly cut grain wave their tasseled heads in the winds off the
distant mountains. The fresh country air is laced with the pungent odor of
manure used to fertilize the soil.
[ obvious exits: N E S W ]
A long-eared rabbit is here, looking quite sick.

Rich Meadowland
A rush of deep green grasses is colored in the pastels of meadow flowers.
Large pink blossoms mingle with the blues and yellows of smaller but taller
plants. A bubbling spring and slender aspens compliment the quiet resting
spot. The sweet fragrance of the grasses mingles with the floral scent of
the many blossoms.
[ obvious exits: S W ]
A bubbling spring is here, clear water offering a perfect reflection.
A fox is here, hunting for rabbits.

The Cairhien to Tar Valon Road
Making another turn to avoid the hills, the view from the road opens to the
east revealing vast farmlands of the Cairhien countryside. The cloud
shrouded mountain peaks of the Spine are a mere smudge on the horizon to
the east. A wall of flat stone separates the farmland from the road.
[ obvious exits: N E S W ]

* HP:Healthy MV:Strong > Edge of the Fields
Well turned rows of rich soil sprout healthy stalks of wheat. Golden plump
heads of ripe grain wave in the gentle winds promising a good harvest. Deep
ditches circle the field holding water in hopes of deterring the animals
from crossing and eating their fill. The fields are surrounded by the deep
green of the firs at the edge of the forest.
[ obvious exits: S W ]
A beaver is here, gnawing at trees.
A handsome stag stands here, ready to run.
A squirrel is here, chittering.

* HP:Healthy MV:Strong > Alas, you cannot go that way...

* HP:Healthy MV:Strong > Behind the Inn
The rich mouth-watering smell of fresh stew is laced with the fragrance of
fresh baked bread and pie that wafts from the back door of the inn. String
sacks of fresh potatoes, carrots and onions are hung from the wrought iron
hooks along the back wall. A barrel of apples sits just outside the door
ready to contribute to the days fare.
[ obvious exits: N E S W ]
A stout wooden barrel stands nearby.

* HP:Healthy MV:Strong > In the Barn
Large and well organized, the barn holds the mounts of the inns patrons.
Large wagons line the far wall while stalls are neatly arranged down the
center of the barn. The sweet smell of fresh cut hay wafts down from above
barely noticeable above the pungent odor of manure. There are large shelves
neatly numbered to match the stalls, ready to receive the equipment.
