Falme Gate Mobol

Outside of Falme gate currently has mobol that prevents you from spamming the gate open or closed. It was added years and years ago by Doyn when SS were getting blocked out of Falme on a daily basis. However, with the stronger gate and no channel, it is much less of an issue. Also, there is no other city gate in the game that operates this way.

The mobol is working as intended. I brought this upstairs recently, so the balance issue is something that Immortals are aware of.
