The tailor works great for surcoats -> egowns but doesnt seem to work for other pieces.

Yes, the mob in TV changes masculine items to female equivalents. I believe it is a sempstress.

Kit, if you reread the sign, it says the tailor will take the female equivalent and give you the male equivalent.

It is kind of confusing because the tailor appears to exchange gowns and surcoats both ways. It would make more sense if he only gave you a surcoat for a gown and not the other way around, requiring you to travel to TV to turn in a surcoat to receive a gown.

Think of it like this:

The woman tailor e s allw of bank in TV will change male dodge equipment to the female version.

Then tailor in Caemlyn will change female dodge equipment to the male version plus it will do the other few changes to gowns, surcoats, dl cloak.

This makes alot of sense, thanks for the clarification. I always come here for surcoats, assumed it was a just an exchange.
