OP stats on < level 3 characters during statting changes

just posting this so there's a record of it for everyone to see. this issue should fall off as sub-level-3 characters delete but for the few that will get leveled: if you had a level 1 or 2 character during the changeover to the new system, your temporary stats, which were very good to impossibly good, will have been unveiled upon the changeover. Reaching level 3 will not roll a new set of stats. "tell guardian prerolled stats" no longer works. The restat command no longer works.
